Governor's Honor Awards nominees and winner

Team of Hokie alumni, fans creates mobile tool to help boost Blacksburg's economy

No spectators and no tailgating at football games this season drove 12 Virginia Tech alumni and fans to create Localyte, an app through which people can purchase gift cards at participating Blacksburg businesses.
