Researcher expands caregiving study during the COVID-19 pandemic |
Toni Calasanti, a Virginia Tech sociology professor, was interviewing both heterosexual and same-sex couples for an Alzheimer’s disease and dementia grant when the COVID-19 pandemic changed the parameters for many of those couples. A supplemental grant is now allowing her team to study those changes. |
